In this course, you will engage in an in-depth exploration of the healing power of your senses and sensory experiences. You will also learn about the rhythms of nature and how they relate to your specific dosha and cultivate an understanding of your own natural rhythms and how to ensure balance and ease.
This introductory course can be taken as a stand-alone introduction or as part of a year-long in-depth, personalized, transformative experience of Living Well through Ayurveda. Participating in the entire program is highly encouraged and recommended.
